The workshop is organised around Four sessions:
- 3 March (Day 1): The first webinar will cover recent Advanced Galaxy workflow features, from parameter sweeping to automatic reports e.g. Workflow-parameters, Invocations and Workflow-reports.
- 10 March (Day 2): Processing thousands of datasets simultaneously: From SRA/ENA import and metadata annotation to parallel processing (Collections and Advanced collection features such as tags, rule-builder, etc.).
- 17 March (Day 3): Jupyter Notebooks and RStudio in combination with Galaxy workflows - Interactive tools and Galaxy communication with other projects
- 24 March (Day 4): Speed up your data analysis with Galaxy: Features no one knows about e.g. User-preference options, Data privacy, collaboration, and sharing options, Your-own-reference data, Restart tools and workflows and Visualisations.
